Three tiers (Starter, Pro, Business), 14-day free trial, Stripe Checkout, Customer Portal and live usage bars.

Quotespan ships with three paid plans and a 14-day free trial. All payments are handled by Stripe — money never touches the Quotespan database.

Plans

  • Starter — for solo contractors landing their first leads. 3 quote templates, designed for up to 100 leads / month, public share links + website embed, lead inbox with email & SMS alerts, price-display controls. Quotespan branding shown on shared quotes.
  • Pro — for busy quoting operations. 25 templates, designed for up to 2,000 leads / month, advanced price reveal controls (gate + manual review), custom brand color and logo, white-label (no Quotespan branding) and lead CSV export.
  • Business — for teams scaling beyond a single estimator. Unlimited templates, higher fair-use lead volume, priority support, priority onboarding and guided setup help (we build your first template with you).

Free trial

Every new account starts on a 14-day free trial of the plan you pick. No card up front. When the trial ends, you can either upgrade through Stripe Checkout or let the account drop to read-only.

Subscribing & changing plans

  1. Open /settings/billing in the dashboard.
  2. Pick monthly or yearly billing (yearly saves ~17%).
  3. Click the plan you want — you are redirected to Stripe Checkout.
  4. After payment Stripe sends you back to /settings/billing with a success banner. Your new plan takes effect immediately — no waiting.

Cancelling, updating cards and downloading invoices

Click Manage subscription on /settings/billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can cancel, change card, switch monthly/yearly and download every past invoice.

Usage bars & entitlements

The Billing page shows live progress bars for the limits that matter on your plan: number of templates and leads-this-month. We surface these well before the cap so an upgrade is never a surprise.

Features like white-label, lead CSV export and advanced price reveal unlock automatically when your plan changes — the lock icons disappear right away.

When a payment fails, Stripe gives us a short grace window. Your account stays usable and we surface a banner so you know to update your card before the next attempt.
