Top-level pages

/dashboard — entry point after login (also redirects to onboarding if you have not finished it).
/quotes — list of every saved quote (draft, sent, accepted, declined, expired) with search, filters and sort.
/quotes/new — the multi-step quote builder.
/quote/[id]/detail — contractor detail view of a single quote (breakdown tab, bill of materials tab, share, status).
/admin/templates — your template library.
/admin/forms — overview of every public form (status, slug, lead count).
/admin/leads — the lead inbox.
/admin/analytics — KPIs, funnel and series.
/admin/audit — semantic audit log (superuser only).
