Embed the form on your site
Paste a short embed code on any website to host the public form in-page.
You can embed the public form on your own marketing site by copying the embed code from the template editor.
Where to find it
Open the template, go to the Share & embed tab. The code is generated for you using the template’s slug.

The ?embed=1 flag tells the form to drop the standalone Quotespan header and footer so it slots cleanly into your page.
