What’s next — features not shipped yet

These are commonly-requested features that are NOT in Quotespan today. We list them here so the docs stay honest and you don’t go hunting for a setting that doesn’t exist.

Not shipped

• AI assist — a guided assistant that drafts dimensions, categories and rules from a free-text trade description. The plan entitlement exists on Pro and Business but the in-app experience is not live yet.
• Team seats / multi-user accounts — one user per account today; the plan limits already model seat counts but the invite flow is not built.
• Public API — there is no public developer API yet.
• Real-time notifications to other apps — there is no way to automatically notify other tools when a lead or quote changes.
• Zapier / Make integrations — no Zapier app or Make module is published yet; this depends on the public API and notifications above.
• Jobber / CRM sync (Jobber, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) — not implemented.
• Drop-in widget for any website — only the standard website embed is supported.
• Custom domain for public forms — forms today live under app.quotespan.com/q/[slug]. The Business plan reserves this but the feature is not built yet.
• Automatic PDF downloads — PDF export today goes through the browser print dialog (see PDF export).

Already shipped (no longer on the roadmap)
