This Privacy Policy describes how Quotespan (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our estimate-building software (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

- Account information: name, email address, phone number, country, password, and (optionally) a profile image.
- Business information: company name, brand color, logo, and notification preferences.
- Quote & template content: templates, line items, variants, prices, dimensions, and any text you enter while building quotes.
- Customer / lead data: names, emails, phone numbers, and project descriptions submitted to your public quote forms by your end customers.
- Communications: messages you send to us through support channels.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, approximate timestamps, and request metadata (IP address, browser, device type).

2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

5. Data retention
We retain account, template, and quote data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Audit logs may be retained longer for security and compliance. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted to or from the Service.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. 8. International transfers
